I was sent here by Microsoft support. My windows 10 OS version is up to date and the game code is redeemed and applied to my account, but there is no option to download the game. Only says "already purchased" and "manage". It is not in the manage list with my other games even though it says already purchased. Any help is appreciated. I had this issue with a game I wanted to purchase. Just said already purchased, but was not in my re-download option. Turns out my nephew had a profile and account on my switch and he purchased the game on his Switch.
