I have been playing since the release but my harddrive crashed so now I cant even install it or uninstall it. When the game says it installing it just stops after a moment and says try later or somthing like that. When I try to uninstall it it just popup with the error 0xe.

Okey, cant download forza horizon 3 pc I tried to do a clean windows 10 pro install and got this error 0xCF Rank: Forza Staff. Going to investigate this. If you are still having this issue, please run WSCOLLECT and email the file to forzafb microsoft. com with your gamertag, issue and FH3 in the subject line so I can filter these out. I created this guide to let you know how I finally solved the problem of downloadind FH3 from Microsoft Store. Disclaimer: I'm an italian guy, so apologize for my bad english. In my case the Hot Wheels DLC has been downloaded and installed correctly, but without the main game i wasn't able to use it.
I followed lot of guides and forums and tried 'wsreset. exe' and other commands, but none of them solved my problem. Follow this guide from start to minute 4. I know it is for FM7, but it works with FH3 too! The size of the game will be around 55gb instead of 95gb in the video.
Once downloaded don't rename the file, just copy it in your C or D driver or other if you have in a folder called "fh3". EAppX" My file name was Cant download forza horizon 3 pc. EAppX 3.
